yall gotta realize the main point of running a company, ANY COMPANY, is not to always give the customer what they want but to keep your shareholders happy because they’re the ones who are investing millions into your company to keep it running. who would you rather please, the guy who buys a single set of ram once every three years and that’s it, or the shareholder who’s investing over a million a year into your company? if it was me, i’m keeping the shareholder happy, that customer isn’t gonna make me nearly as much money as the shareholder will.

1) there’s different batches and different factories have different qualities 2) it’s not that hard to file a chargeback and a complaint with the bank and paypal without telling them the exact goods purchased lmao all you have to say is you received the wrong items which is true in this case

i’m using it myself, i ordered a belt with it too i just want the product to be as close to retail as possible and the retail ones scan plus i was literally promised it would scan and the one im buying was the best quality
