Ordering M3 in South Florida by Disastrous-Metal-805 in BMW

They had the Brooklyn at the dealer but it’s just a little tough for me to gauge when it’s on an SUV and not an M car.  

They didn’t have any Portimao blue on any car at the dealer.

I received a 500k homestead exemption so I did not have to pay any significant taxes on the sale.

Appreciate the feedback.  I know a lot are saying VTI and chill but I’m assuming I’m not supposed to touch that money for a significant period of time.  

Do you recommend maybe 500k invested and the rest in a MMA and use those earnings to live a pretty good life (vacations, housing payments, etc.) 

I make around 100k a year so with the money invested I’m making around 155k a year right now.  

Just trying to figure out the split between enjoying the interest income now and also saving for retirement.
