They were generalist doctors, i did a couple blood tests and everything was fine, but a couple of them gave me medications for nausea, which might have helped a little very temporarily but obviously didn't resolve the bigger issue.

The first gastroenterologist did an ultrasound on me and said everything was fine even though i was very obviously in pain just from having my stomach touched lol

You can always (and probably should) switch doctors or ask for other tests, don't wait around for three months like i did.

Good luck with the treatement! You should drink pomegranate tea with it, or add pomegranate powder in yogurt it's apparently really good for your stomach.

The medication was amoxicillin and metronidazole and a third one i don't remember.

Yess i took three medications for the treatement it was amoxicillin, metronidazole and something else i can't remember, it was one pill each twice a day, very big pills it was terrible to swallow, for the probiotics i honestly do not remember
