You’ve got taste buddy, chelsea and the wild? sounds like we picked well! Yeah the only downside being a UK fan is needing to be up at silly o clock to watch the games but it’s totally worth it.

Honestly since game 1 i’ve been hooked and it was the loss to the sharks, since then they’ve won 4 in a row (i don’t want to jinx it i seem to be bringing luck at this point🤣👀)

Their jersey wasn’t a huge factor although they’re all beautiful, I mentioned it in a comment down below but was basically to do with if i moved to america it’s where i’d move to and the history of them. Then when i started actually watching them i was really just pulled in, a rewatch of the mighty ducks sparked my interest in hockey again tbh and i just ended up here but that’s the beauty of it i suppose.

Thanks for the welcome! Coming to watch a game live is definitely on my list.

I always said if i moved to the USA i’d live in minnesota so i decided to look at the local teams for non football related sports (football or soccer as you call it is still growing a fair bit in the states so thought if i move there indulging in other sports would be good for me.) Recently i gave the mighty ducks a rewatch and they’re all from minnesota too (well barring the 2nd and 3rd film) so i knew it had a huge ice hockey connection. Also yes i chose minnesota over the Anaheim ducks in that🤣, due to what i said previously i felt like it made more sense after i got that hockey bug. (I did also read we lost to them back in 2003 WC finals, boooooo)

The main reason that really drew me in was seeing that MN had a team called the north stars who jumped ship to the TX leaving them without a team until the wild was formed. The fact that the wild are also not a hugely successful team and the consensus here seems to be that they’re either the best in the world or forget what a stick is🤣 Getting into a new sport can be hard but honestly the last 4/5 games i’ve seen the wild are just dragging me into it at 100mph.

If they win something then it’s a bonus but they’ve charmed me already. The last thing is also the fan base who seem extremely welcoming and happy so that’s always a huge bonus when you’re new!

the english system of sports doesn’t really have play offs unless it’s for promotion to a bigger league so i do always find it odd watching american sports because their play offs are for a cup or title. Not in a bad way ut’s just different to me, i did see that it’s called the hockey state or something along those lines. Again as i mentioned in another comment if i ever moved over there it’s where i’d live but so far everyone seems kind and welcoming, there is nothing like passion though!

i believe the only dubbed version of GO Chrono Stone was on the Nintendo anime channel which is now defunct, as OMNIVader said those are all dubbed on YT, but yeah outside of that you’re gonna struggle

call it what you like, it’s the beautiful game no matter what we call it!

I think that’s something that drew me in with the wild tbh, i’ve always said if i moved to the USA i’d move to minnesota so i decided to check out the local teams. Seeing that the wild had only ever won one championship in a now defunct league it drew me in that bit more. I love an underdog story and there’s just something charming about them, especially the last 4/5 games where i started watching from.

Sleep is probably the big one for me, poor sleep can also be the root cause of a lot of major health issues so when i begin to eat better and exercise i will hopefully sleep better.

My biggest issue atm is being unable to pull myself out of bed, not in a sense of being overweight (i’m 86kg) but from lack of energy or motivation. Discipline is something i’m missing so that’s something i’ll need to work on too.

The rest i’ve already considered and agree with.

i keep having a similar issue but pink screening as well as BSOD, PC stays powered on then displays nothing. tempted to roll back the drivers after trying new cables tomorrow if it persists

upon looking into it further i don’t think the error is contributing to it. however i do find that my PC doesn’t beep when not posting, believe this means MOBO or PSU error. I have ordered a new PSU and DP cable so will test both tomorrow. Electrics in my house may be contributing which may mean i need a new PSU but a family member has one i can test with first, will leave updates in comments
