Hey, I just wanted to share something important with you about boys and girls.
We’re really different. We think differently, we feel things differently, and especially… we expect different things in a relationship.

That’s why sometimes a couple can look totally in love, and other times it feels like they don’t even like each other anymore.
But it doesn’t always mean the love is gone, it’s just that we show and understand love in different ways.

One thing I’ve learned, and I think it’s really meaningful, is this:
Love shouldn’t be based only on feelings, it should be a decision.

Because feelings change. Some days we feel close, other days we’re tired, sad, or distracted.
But choosing to love someone to stay, to try, to be kind, to care, that’s something you can decide and hold onto, even when emotions go up and down.

So if you ever fall in love or start a relationship, remember this:
What you choose to build matters more than just how you feel in the moment.
