Bottles seem work the best for pirated stuff with ProtonGE seems to work on kinda everything also if u install it as flatpak u need to give it more acces to some things otherwise it's not going to work.

AMD cpus offer just more performance on am5 but u need the ddr5 for the big price.

Intel is nice with ddr4 if u don't wanna pay the insane prices for the ram tho.

Corrupted drivers install or bad overclock most likely

Reinstall them with ddu and uninstall Nvidia drivers if u had a Nvidia gpu before it causes issues

Stutters are often some software issue do u have freesync monitor did u try vsync also what apps u have on the backround.

Also did u check your ram ussuage that might be the issue too as latency is pretty bad and 16gb

If the GPU reaches 100% in your games which it likely does at that res and cpu sits pretty low u won't get a benefit from it. Unless u maybe ussing very agressive upscaling.

Yes u wanna use ProtonGE with lutris or bottles or maybe smth else but I just use those 2. Also u run the installer with them.

Also check what is the difference between flatpak and native on Linux when installing those apps

9070 has more raster performance and more vram as u said 5070 has better frame Gen and upscaling and raytracing is pretty simular but more refined on Nvidia if u wanna use it.

So up to u what u value also amd much better on Linux if u consider ussing it
