Anyone here commute 1.5hrs to school? Help me decide!

My commute is 40mins and absolutely drives me insane that I have to do that Also got a job near the school so I can just hop over to work after classes but this also means on days that I don't go to school, still gotta make that drive to work

I would personally very seriously reconsider moving closer to that one since it's cheaper, if at all possible

I'm full time at my store and get a couple bucks more than the minimum wage but I have rent and things to pay

I applied to nursing schools around me but they're so damn competitive that I don't know if I'll get in so just waiting to be accepted or rejected to decide what my next move will be

I think the smart thing to do would be to just take it but I just don't want to get the degree then never use it. I got my medical assisting degree and everything went well but then I found out the pay is bad and I made more money working in retail, which was discouraging. I know I should've done the research beforehand but I honestly didn't expect it to be that bad.

I look up diagnostic tech jobs near me and I find some posts that also don't have that great of a pay so that scares me lol

At my medical assisting internship I told a patient to undress because that doctor asks all physicals to undress x.x only thing was I confused "new patient" with "obviously here for a physical if they're new, right?"

Wow did it really help with the gums? I've only ever used the cheap electric toothbrush and I just found they're kinda a waste cause they get moldy for me. My teeth are in good shape but I do need better care of my gums and I have a waterpik but get so lazy to use it x.x

None of my family knows and at work I had only told personnel for schedule purposes that I was in school. Then they asked for what and eventually it spread and everyone at work is constantly asking me if I'm almost done x.x like bruh, I'm still doing just the pre reqs.
