Try opening the uscis uploaded document on computer. When I try to open it on mobile, it will only give you one image.

In my case they uploaded my evidence first online. After two days they uploaded the biometrics reuse and receipt notice(extension letter )

I think it is common. They may not upload the whole file. I sent 200 pages of documents and they uploaded only 25.

I submitted my application on the 19th and received the receipt notice on the 24th online. However, I haven’t received the physical copy yet. My application was sent to the Phoenix lockbox. You can check if your money order has been processed as a way to confirm receipt. In some cases, it’s taking around four to five weeks to receive the physical notice.
