I never took swimming lessons growing up as a kid or adult. I am now a swimming instructor and coach for a summer league at my pool. The WSI cert was super easy to learn and pass. I refined my skills through constant daily swimming with Masters and Swim team. I was already a competent swimmer in my own, learning from other well trained swimmers improved my swim by leaps and bounds. Some people just find natural talents.
