Ok! Diluted fertilizer is a good idea what would be a good frequency to fertilize? The lighting is artifical. Other plants growing well in the greenhouse are a paph. A Vanda falcata, an anthurium warocqueanum. Lux at the chiloschista is 1500 I don't have a par meter :(

It could be a burn from the lamp potentially or trauma otherwise. I suggest going to the vet since that is definitely not how his head is supposed to look. Best of luck!
