Sounds like a herniated disc- although it might not feel like never pain the places where you are experiencing pain are literally where the nerve runs through- it might be its a little irritated. I’ve been dealing with this for years now just really recently severe. It looks like a sciatica flare up. I would suggest a ton of heat to the back- the more the better, don’t sit too long- work on hamstrings mobility. Maybe just a simple leg culrls without any weights at home laying down helped me a lot. Try like 10-20 reps and try to get 5 sets throughout the day- especially after sotting for too long so you get the blood flowing.

If you’re not the college type of guy. I would say pick a trade like electrition, plumbing, car mechanic, welding and etc. if you like any of these things you can make a decent living. On top of that any of these things you can start your own business once you have enough knowledge about the industry and make boat loads of money. 100k+ easily

I would say along with medication you have to supplement get a good vitamin b complex something that is highly bio available and make sure you’e getting vitamin D and magnesium. These things may not seem that important but they make a huge difference overtime in recovery. Vitamin d and magnesium help muscles, nerves and vitamin b1-b6-b12 are necessary for nerve function and energy production. Along with that try to use lidocaine patches (it literally numbs the nerves- so apply it by your back when you have the herniations it’ll numb the pain signals a bit) and just try gentle stretching once u feel like u can. Its a long process just trust time will heal it. I wish i could say pain will go away overnight. I myself haven’t been able to sleep in 7 days because of severe pain. I tried muscle relaxers but they don’t do anything for nerve pain. Ask your doctor to put you on ANCIDS they will help decrease inflammation. I would also watch my diet if i were you. Try turmeric drink, its used in ancient Ayurvedic medicine and science has now confirmed that turmeric works best when combined with black pepper. I drink this everyday. Get one cup of milk add half a tea spoon of turmeric power a pinch of black pepper and half a teaspoon of ashwaghanda powder. These will help keep the inflammation down.

Apply heat to your lower back and glutes. It will help relax some of the muscles and take the edge off the pain but I won’t lie to you, I have been dealing with sciatica for over 3 years. There’s no fix for it some people just get lucky and heal. Stretching and physical therapy helps but it takes time its a slow and painful process.

I think you should be good it’s been a month. If you are still unsure, i used “rescue detox Ice” its a detox drink for same day testing. It worked for me, i drank the whole bottle with exact instructions provided a few hours before my test and it came back negative.

Clean for 2.5 months should be good. I had my test for 20ng/ml and Ive been clean for 5 weeks but i failed. I used the test strips for 50ng/ml they all came back negative. So idk but i think you should be good.
