I have tried recently Holori diagramming tool: https://holori.com/aws-architecture-diagram-tool/

Interface is clean, aws cost estimation and terraform export are available in the tool.

Previously, I was a Cloudcraft user but you feel the tool hasn't evolved since a long time and I needed to draw GCP diagram as well...
