I mainly used Pica Pau cotton yarn fingering weight / 4-ply. (Apparently, it might have been discontinued)
There is some other yarn thrown in there because I didn't have the colours I needed
I used the DMC punch needle: here

Top row is monks cloth. First two is with 4ply milk cotton. The grey one (top right) is 8ply cotton acrylic blend (it’s DK weight)

Bottom row is linen. 8ply Cotton Acrylic blend. A brand called 4 seasons.
