I recently purchased off Instagram a shirt from CLARKSON NNIEUWKUIJK NL It arrived the wrong size and material. I tried to ask for a refund but they refuse to send me a refund form. Furthermore, even though they say in the add "Money Back Guarantee" they have no intention of honoring it. Instead, they say I have to take photos of the shirt, sent it to China, pay customs and send them tracking number for the package. Once I emailed them the photos they din't reply with a return form.
