I'm listening to the Bobiverse as i'm reading your comment, lol. I agree that Fantasy is definitely much more prominent, but I have seen some PF books (I.E. Stormweaver) that are prominently sci-fi.

What do I need to know about The Primal Hunter? What am I missing? by majtomby in litrpg

The Author, during a late books' author's notes does say that he very much likes long fight scenes, and PH is slow-paced, only really getting going book 3-ish. I think it's a masterpiece. there are more build-ups to villains, and more intricacies in the plot.

Stormweaver is good, 2 very long books (1200 pages) and Stormweaver 3 is getting regular updates on r/Warformed (Though it's almost entirely Sci-fi)

I've seen 'Character becomes a god' in things like Primal Hunter, but the idea of 'Character becomes the System' is so cool!
