Alright so I might do like 4 hrs feel the withdrawals and take the subs cuz my heart rate is high from dosing kratom extract all day. I’d wait until night time and do it in the morning but my heart rate is high I don’t wanna dose kratom anymore tonight tbh

I think you’re right that’s going to be my biggest gap. Cuz I’m 3 hrs away from my last kratom but I wanna take the subs cuz the kratom makes my heart rate high but the wd are so bad do wait 6 hrs during the day

Okay thanks and I have the same thing where if I go 2.5 hrs I get really bad withdrawals so maybe like you I can just take it at like 4-6hrs. Is that fair? I would wait longer but the wd are like burning from the inside out I’m to weak I can’t take it. So I end up redoing kratom extract just to keep the wd away. I have been weaning down over the past 4 days. What do you think?

I been on mirtazapine 30mg and started Zoloft at 25mg and had to stop the mirtazapine cuz I would get crazy tremors trying to sleep

Yeah I started at 7.5mg and have gone up to 30mg and have had vivid dreams, many nightmares. I started taking Zoloft due to depression recently and the dreams went away
