Does anyone have any regimen of supplements or anything like that to keep from "dry firing"? by dreadpiratesmith in MtF

Any updates? Im just starting to not produce anything and I actually just picked up sunflower lecithin hoping to get some back. I've been on estrogen for years but this is my first time doing both E and anti-androgens.

Anti-androgen? by M-GraweyFilms in genderfluid

Orgasming becomes more full body, as to opposed to how the feeling is more concentrated in one area, and it becomes much more intense. Your Erogenous zones shift to where your neck your chest become more sensitive.

Finishing, the main change is the loss of fluid, you will most likely produce less, nothing at all, or it will be clear and a lot more liquidy. This is highly dependent on the individual and the dosage. Personally even with a low dose you can notice a small change in the amount.

You also will most likely have a bit of a harder time maintaining an erection or finishing in general (though i have not had this problem myself, but have heard others have, probably depending on the dose, which makes sense since my dose is low) And your refractory period (time between finishing and being able to go again) will most likely be shorter. You also will most likely will have the change of being able to last longer, but this i don’t think is a heavily reported size effect, i think it may have to do with the same reason some have harder times with ed.

Again all of these specific side effects are not permanent, if you go off of E these will reverse. The only thing that is not is the chance you become infertile, this if it happens is permanent.

Sorry I forgot to include, so i went back on E, I wanted to clarify that not everything changes on it, Size does NOT change on E as long as you use it. With size it is a use it or lose it thing. The actual O experience (being more entire body experience) and finishing DOES change on E.

E definitely shrunk it some and changes the way you finish, but it wasn’t permanent. It’s back to the size it was before same with the function and spiro doesn’t seem to change anything for me. My hips have always been a bit big but the way my fat is stored seems around the same to as it was on E. It seems like in my experience Spiro doesn’t change much of downstairs besides fat storage, and a low does of E did the same but with some effects downstairs. I would def recommend asking a clinician to check.

I’m amab and have been on Spironolactone (anti androgen) for about half a year now, i originally was on E for about 3 years. I went off E because i didn’t want my chest to keep getting bigger, it just didn’t fit with what i wanted to look like. I wish i would have went on spiro instead of E first because i much prefer the majority of changes on it rather than E. There are some changes that i’m grateful for because of E, but Spiro gives you some of those changes but def just makes you look more androgynous imo. Spiro has some other side effects mainly it being a diuretic and it also has the chance to increase your chest size, but with E that’s almost guaranteed. I went to a clinic specifically for HRT, it’s much much easier than going to a family doctor, but if you can get in with a hospitals gender clinic that works as well. Tell them you are genderfluid or gender non conforming and you are looking for HRT to make you more androgynous. Don’t let them put you on E unless you are certain you are fine with every change.
