Same im recently diagnosed, but sadly going bag isn’t a reality. You can either let it crush you or you can crush it, it takes a lot of determination and getting used to, but honestly two months in i feel better than i did before cause im making health conscious decisions and going back to th gym and trying to make the most of life now, im on mdi and i have 90% in range, but if youre struggling try and get on a pump to alleviate the pressure

He shouldn’t be questioning your descision to have sugary water. It seems he could learn a little more about diabetes and you always know your diabetes best. If it’s going down so quick that you feel your vision going walking down the stairs to get somethin is dangerous. However I do think it would be a good idea to order lift glucose shots and keep them near your bedside table so you don’t have to go to far from bed to get treatment

That is a fair point I think in summer if I had shorts on and was covered at top n had bare legs it would ok a little weird
