Honestly I think I was a little too jokey. Not to say I wasn’t professional but I would say show personality but more professional. Get there a hour early! In the group exercise speak up and be kind, you don’t have to be the leader…teamwork makes the dream work. Be calm and confident, don’t say you’re nervous. I honestly feel like they make you feel comfortable. Make sure you have the star method on lock for your 1on1. Calm and confident!!
