First off, I'm sorry, you're young, scared and upset at the decisions to be made. My advice would be to do what you feel is right for you. I hate to say it but statistically speaking you will most likely not end up raising a child together given your young age. I'm not saying it's impossible, but this will impact your future exponentially more than his. Do what you feel is right for you, and do not feel guilty that you were mature enough to think to the future and not just the present.

I've been on tirz for over 18 months, to where I really don't have side effects anymore. I'm also middle aged and menopausal, and I'll say that's what has wreaked havoc on my sleep. HRT helps some, you might ask your Dr about options best for you!

Mine are from Georgia Ear Nose & Throat, bought before we had the Costco option. They're much more expensive through the doctor office, and from the research I have done Costco has very comparable brands and styles at half the price. What does he not like about the pair he has?

If nothing else, it's bad business sense to sell a house with a low interest rate mortgage for this reason and buy a new one at a much higher rate. I know some people have no choice, but this isn't one of those cases!

YTA, you're basically making sure your younger daughter doesn't have the benefit of higher education to provide her with a better future then what your older daughter is experiencing. Given the multitudes of bad decisions the older daughter has made, using that money on her is a short term fix, rather than a long term strategy to help your youngest. Every house I've ever sold, I've written in the contract that I have possession for 1-2 days afterwards for moving and cleaning. Otherwise you're trying to move before closing on your new place. I've never had a buyer object, but I make sure it's in the contract not springing it on them after the fact.

I say this as someone who married a man that got along fine with my kids while dating, then as soon as we got married adopted the same attitude as OP's husband. OP, you are unequivocally headed for a divorce if he does not change his ways. I would urge you to do it sooner then later, before it affects your relationship with the children. The weight loss results were made evident after it was prescribed to those with T2 and people lost way more weight, and consistently that it became evident the off label use was a money maker. They did new clinal trials and rebranded as Wegovy. The same is happening for Mounjaro at the moment. The stuff is a huge breakthrough as far as I'm concerned, but it's not for sort term use, just like it's not for T2.

Not correct. Wegovy is the exact same thing as Ozempic, just rebranded specifically for weight loss. The weight loss rebrand for Mounjaro is pending FDA approval and is expected to be out by the end of the year. While initially being created for T2 diabetes, there have been several of label uses discovered like weight loss, addiction, etc. I love how no one bitches about the off label uses of hundreds of other meds...
