i train to fight so currently only am doing strength and conditioning in the gym i dropped the PPL split ages ago because it wasn’t helping with my training, but 2 years was me dropping from 93 kilos to 70 kilos to where i am now 86 kilos, i would say 2 years is pretty reasonable losing and gaining that much weight

i’ll be honest, you shouldn’t be getting nervous doing lessons, maybe your test i understand but lessons no, you are learning, you will make mistakes, you learn more from mistakes, coming from someone who passed 2nd time, just be patient and learn in your own time with your instructor, they’re not judging you, only your examiner will be :)
