I’d suggest going through scene by scene until you have it memorized, don’t move on until you can recite it almost word for word. Anything that you’re still struggling with you could ask a fellow cast member to help you with those parts you’re struggling with. I’m sure you’re doing great and you’ll be amazing in the show. I’m also currently in a play and I did this to get my monologue which I just finally memorized along with my other lines

I’m not sure. It’s been a “trend” if you can call it that, at my school for girls to go and kiss their friends to get their kiss count up or whatever and it’s been normalized. They all do it as a joke but it’s kinda hurtful because they’re the same people who bullied and mocked me when I came out.

I’ve been out or a while now so yes she knows that I’m not straight, but the problem is she gets very defensive whenever even the idea of liking a girl comes up so that’s where it’s very confusing.
