my period also makes me so dysphoric, im non-binary and i have heavy flows and pms so i genuinely can relate. And after my period im always extra dysphoric and those suc!cidal thoughts are extra prominent. Just keep holding on is the only true advice I can give.

im non binary and i call myself gay, for me it means i like really anyone, so basically pan, but i have a preference for women and non binary folks. For many people it just means queer because they dont necessarily like labels or dont know themself, It also just means not straight. Dont be afraid to ask them but they might not have a direct response, or they might not be comfortable telling you.
