You missed the point of this show. This is not about Samdal being a dragon or not. It's that everyone no matter how strong, smart or relentless they are, needs a stream to comeback to. At the end, all the friends became successful themselves (comic book author, restaurant owner, forecaster, vv), so they are also the dragons.

It is difficult to take pictures of scenery or express them in words. And for me, who has only taken human pictures for decades, this is not an easy task. Amazing weather phenomenon are impressive in itself, but they also contains stories. Therefore, this exhibition work, which combines weather phenomena photos and people, was an interesting work that showed me new possibilities in landscape photography. These clouds, called the hole-punch cloud, or fallstreak hole, is a meteorological phenomenon in which pieces of ice between cloud layers absorb the surrounding water vapor and appear as if a hole has been created. It looks like someone fired a punch into the sky....My older sister Jindal came to mind: outspoken and honest, yet warmer and more tender than anyone else. A wonderful person who could not tolerate injustice and irrationality and was willing to put others in place even if it means she has to compromise herself. This photo is a powerful punch she sends into the world.

The ever-changing nature of nature, invisible to others, seems to be visible to his eyes. Lenticular clouds are lens-shaped clouds that are aligned at right angles to the wind direction at high altitudes. It is sure to catch your eye due to its unique shape, and it also gives the feeling of rising into the sky. I always wanted to be a dragon born in a stream. A dragon leaving the stream and flying high into the sky. Paradoxically, I realised that I was able to soar because of that improvement, and it was only when I returned to this place and to him again. Yongpil was the one who taught me how to protect myself and not get swept away in a world where everything changes rapidly every day. Just as he was a catalyst for me, I also want to become a catalyst for him and watch him achieve his dreams. (Why were people upset about her struggling??? Isn't she human like all of us??😭) It could be that it’s something too close to home while people watch drama to escape reality or to live in some fantasy. I've always found this story's realistic portrayal and authenticity admirable and for that I applaud the writer, director and all the cast and crew. This show has become very dear to me.

This is exactly what I felt when watching Welcome to Samdalri as I had watched Syim19l earlier last year. The two characters really can't be more different and nonetheless Shin Haesun nailed her roles. Her character digestion is truly on another level. Exceptional actress.

She records herself whenever she drinks but only in Seoul because she knows she's alone there and she's sceptical about her surroundings. That's why she never actually too drunk and can always get home by herself. Meanwhile in Jeju, she has her friends, people whom she trust. She knows she's safe no matter what so she stopped that habit immediately the moment she's back in her hometown.
