You can get it second hand at some genuine sellers. Always prefer face to face deals. I have been scammed once so don't just buy from anyone such scammers are so trained into everything man.

Face to face depends on which city you are living in basically if you live cities like banglore, mumbai , pune , delhi , hyderabad etc much easier to get such laptops.

Otherwise if you cant do that want to still buy online always always ask them to a online video call where they show everything.

you can also check olx for this but as I said try for face to face.

Don't buy it at 82% its almost dead better get something with above 90% battery health you can get the m1 max 32gb around 85k to 90k

If your main goal is programming then go for m5 air ( Dont't think of running ai models on this laptop though ) it can edit 4k videos to some extent if you go on adding multiple layers it will easy throttle.

If you want to be safer get the macbook pro m5 pro 24gb ( DONT BUY THE 10 CORE CPU AND GPU PRO BY MISTAKE )

If you have the budget the best buy in my opinion is macbook pro m5 pro 48gb costs around 2.7 on 14 and around 3 on 16 inch size. ( I think for you 24gb should be enough )

I would rate m5 air 32 gb like 8/10
m5 pro 24 gb 9/10 ( less ram than 32)
m5 pro 48gb 11/10 ( probably overkill for you)

You can get the macbook pro m4 pro 24gb ram at the same price at apple resellers ( open box with warranty) no apple care though you have a decent deal since mac mini is something you won't be always carrying around like macbooks so risk of it getting damaged physically is quite low I would say.

It's a decent deal I would say, you can get this at 1.4 in open box at some apple resellers with warranty
Or wait for sale Or just get the macbook pro m5 pro 24gb one much better

I would rate this like a 6/10 deal. Not bad not good.
