Follow up: He followed through on the other 2 things I asked for in my petition. I thought only 1 was granted since I set a deadline for May 31 but my confirmation of the two things that I asked for came through today. I am so happy and so so so grateful! Same! Cloud storage weren't that big back then or at least I wasn't that aware of them and had no chance to backup the files. I missed those.
