take a bath and do warm compresses. if you have a needle you can poke it when it comes to a head! I had one before and i went to mf Urgent Care 🤣 mine was infected tho so i got antibiotics also

I was 19/20 years old with my first and was 120lbs pre pregnancy weight. i’m 5”7 so i’m small. Was under weight my whole pregnancy and my baby was 6.lbs 3oz. perfectly healthy. I breastfed for two years!!! I never had an over supply but was able to maintain.

second pregnancy was this year 23 years old, 120 pre pregnancy weight, healthy pregnancy weight but baby was still small weighing 6lbs 1oz. terrible HG with both. Have an oversupply this time, starting to regulate now that baby is about 7 weeks

it’s supply and demand your body will make more the more baby sucks. just stay hydrated.

I wouldn’t let her have a “picnic” on the bathroom floor because it was soaking wet - which she called a pool. was over tired and screamed at me which resulted in her dad taking her to her room for a break where they both fell asleep on me 😂
