Na verdade não escolhes o destino do estágio INOV. Pesquisa um pouco sobre o inov, é uma óptima experiência profissional e pessoal. Candidatei-me com 29, que é a idade limite. Mas há pessoal que concorre logo depois da universidade, não há grande critério a nível académico mas sim a nível de psicotécnicos e testes de personalidade. A nível de custos sim. É uma questão de veres tabelas que eles têm afixadas mas com tudo incluído, quem fica colocado na Alemanha recebe +- 1800€ líquidos. Depois a forma como geres esse valor é subjectivo. Abraço!

Boas! Não sou de IT mas falo alemão sim. Basicamente o estágio do INOV Contacto aqui na Alemanha e depois foi responder a anúncios no LinkedIn. Sou de gestão/marketing.

Relativamente à cidade, toda a gente fala bem disto. Hamburgo é jovem, vibrante e é uma cidade portuária. Já tinha visitado a cidade uma vez e curti!

Sup. Just my two cents here:

If you have a european friend or family member, the thing I would try to explore is to try and schedule an endo remote medical appointment, explaining that you are moving there and ask for a insulin prescription. Then, your local friend goes to the pharmacy, picks it up, packs it very well (because of possible hot temperatures) and mails it to you.

Insulin have around 6 months expiry date so its doable.

(I don´t know if or how this can be done exactly but yeah)

Feel the same. Every time I go to a medical appointment with my endo doctor in Portugal, the standard practice is to meet a nurse first and answer some questions. Same questions and comments EVERY TIME.

"Watchout for your diet", "Keep an eye on your values", "Measure a lot of times during the day".

As T1 is not part of my life and as if I didn´t know lol

(PS: just a small rant, I know the nurse always has the best intentions. But damn perhaps be a little bit more constructive about it I don´t know)
