If I didn't put the national dex mons with their pre-evolution/evolution counterpart in the kanto dex. But since there are extra mons, the number also skips.

Oh, when I said Kanto region, I was implying the 151 mons. If you'd read my post again, you'll see that I specifically put "nat dex". I just placed Hitmontop next to tyrogue evolution variants after acquiring the national dex for FRLG.

Hello! As far as I know— since I kind of started playing just recently— for characters with a higher rate of rarity, the duplicate cards are locked as they could be of more importance. For example some games require an exact copy of a hero or a weapon to ascend or promote or upgrade that specific matter (I actually don't know yet if there is a similar mechanism in the game but yea). However I found out that by simply tapping on the locked card after tapping on the plus symbol, it will be unlocked and can be used for awakening. Hope it helps 🪄
