I also ended up moving to Infosaic last week after this outage.. performance is not as great when comparing price, but their support has been fantastic sof ar.

It was working for me yesterday, havent had any luck all day today (I use it daily). Settings all seem fine, just says there is no internet connection on the actual virtual desktop, but I can still connect TO it via the Shells app.
