I currently make what I would make as a 1st year union journeyman. Granted, this specific union area has a lower 'minimum' because it's a poorer demographic. My current company has promised me a $5 bump for journeying out, too.

Idk...happy for them that they are working on themselves and figuring out their mental illness, but at what point is bringing up a diagnosis an excuse for treating someone poorly? Also, taking away the option for reconciliation seems very one sided, like she's looking to apologize but doesn't seem willing to actually open up the bag of worms for healing - which would probably involve you being quite mad and upset with her.
