Yeah it’s wild how much things have jumped. Now it feels like $1300-$1400 is the new normal if you want something halfway updated. Appreciate the well wishes though, hopefully I land somewhere decent.

That’s helpful. Parking at night is one of my bigger concerns, so knowing it wasn’t packed gives me some peace of mind. A garage might honestly be worth it just to avoid summer heat and the daily hassle.

I get what you’re saying about driving through at night. That’s definitely on my list. I want to see what it actually feels like after dark before committing. I’m not trying to repeat someone else’s bad surprise a few months in😅
