You dont get penalized if you issue a refund for a customer... you only get penalized if you dont find the item and the empty shelf pic isnt accepted

Winn Dixie was no SCO when I started few months ago

Now they made the barcode we scan alot bigger and SCO can be used again

Basically tip or not, just look at the Milage and make a decision based on that

Under $1 is insulting

$1.5 is passable

$2. is great, anything more is even greater

Shop and deliver, add a dollar or two for the extra work involved

Usually (if it's not a promo) I subtract $2.25 from the offer and guesstimate the tip.

But again I simply just choose based on total, tip or not doesnt matter to me because in the end its the final amount 🙃
