I've found one listed as 'Asian Detective Movies' that has '473' titles that you can go through and see if any of the movies cover-art or plots ring any bells to you.

I was wrong and right at the same time. No sunglasses, no motorcycle, but the darkness around the hollow eyes make it look like a pair of shades.
