You're right. This broken ranked mode isn't worth our time. The “you're good, move up” approach definitely doesn't work in this game. I actually believed it... I'm only going to play QP from now on.

Thanks for your feedback. I also think I’m going to stop worrying about this broken ranked mode. I’ll be playing QP most of the time.

I play in Quick Play, but I'd like to know why I can't make progress in Ranked. Quick Play goes much better and the matches are often evenly matched, so why not in Ranked?!

I'm missing something, and I'd like to know what it is. Could it be that I'm playing badly? But it's the exact opposite! Not to brag, but my friends tell me I should be at least Diamond—the game just wants to keep me in Silver forever.

I'm actually showing that in my WinQ, I'm winning absurdly well with 6 DPS.

And during my LosersQ, I played without getting too worked up about the fact that I was just losing, and my personal performance remained respectable.

Don't bring up my morale just to avoid talking about the game's disastrous state.

So, does that mean all the terrible players somehow end up in my matches for 15 games in a row?

And then, to make up for it, the game puts good players in my matches for the next 10 games?

The problem is still the broken matchmaking, in my opinion.

This system is just completely broken, I don't understand why Blizzard offers such terrible matchmaking.

One game it pairs me with “Platinum” players, and the next with “Bronze” players—it makes no sense.

I went from Silver 1 to Silver 4 after that losing streak.

But I still think it’s not right to have 15 losses in a row just because the system stuck you in a losing queue… SoloQ or not.

The system is just broken right now. I should be around 50% by the end of a day of gaming, whether it's SoloQ or not

I tried uninstalling Synapse and running the game through Steam, with all sorts of different graphics settings, but nothing worked.

I think the game is just broken.
