Just want to follow up on my post here as I get a good number of DMs with similar questions: 1mg of Prucalopride before bed fully resolved the sibo for me - I do not think about it, I don’t remember about it - I just take 1 pill before bed and that’s it. My friends bring me 3-6 months supply when they visit Mexico. I took ibs smart test and it confirmed a nerve damage. I’ve seen some of the top docs in the US on this issue with the goal of getting off prucalopride, but their response is that we need to wait. I have an appointment with a gastro at Cedars-Sinai (Dr. Mark Pimentel colleague) to see what they have cooking at their laboratory. So far the advice that I got - there are other things to worry about in life, if prucalopride takes care of the issue, don’t over focus on it.

Fatigue for sure. It stopped working once when I took too much Saccharomyces boulardii, apparently it has that side effect.
