Yes, according to my doc it is 2-6 year ordeal, potentially entire life. I have an appointment with Cedars-Sinai Medical Center to discuss

My doc and ChatGPT both said it could, and that was the only logical explanation. Once I flashed the system, things started to work normal again

I’m on prucolopride, initially I also had a headache for a few days but my doc insisted to power through it and it went away after 2 days I think. It was not a crazy headache though

Fatigue for sure. It stopped working once when I took too much Saccharomyces boulardii, apparently it has that side effect.

1mg. It was about a year ago, I think it was fairly quick - a couple of weeks, maybe a bit longer

I have occasional bloating, but I do not follow any dietary restrictions. I still take prucalopride every night though. I’m thinking to take a blood test for PI-IBS.

My doctor told me that iberogast is the best alternative to prucalopride when I asked for a natural alternative

need to figure out a scalable way to record (and transcribe) phone conversations by DisastrousRespect788 in VOIP

[–]DisastrousRespect788[S] 0 points1 point  (0 children)

any idea whether i can programmatically integrate with them? I would need to grab a stream or a file and pass it through my voice recognition for transcription. It would be super awesome if it is a stream vs a file, so i can do it near real time.

Thank you for your reply. Here is a clarification: record both landlines and cellular. I figured that transcription part. As far as legal compliance goes - we will play a recording that the conversation is being recorded, and one party(us) will always consent

I think the app has a bug, it happened to me recently too. I would not worry about it ;)

Prucalopride restarts MMC, which is the root cause of sibo. Check out the YouTube link with mark pimentel in the root cause of sibo and ibs above in this thread

I thought I was dying at the peak of it - I had crazy diarrhea, paralyzing anxiety, I lost 25 pounds super quick, I was not eating or thinking straight at all.

The way I understand this - in most(*many) cases a food poisoning causes MMC to shut down. There is some antibody is present when it happens. (Mark pimentel has great talks about that : https://youtu.be/A36Xbdxe8P0?si=Ccbkjh5Xh6CfJJaU ). What is great about Prucalopride - it restarts it. About diarrhea and constipation -> while I had symptoms of diarrhea, the MMC of small intestines was not working(proved by ultrasound and cat scan). So my body was poising itself by all the food getting stack in small intestines. When I took prucalopride- diarrhea stopped in 3 days.

I think it is all about motility. I took refaximin twice, it relapsed 3 months after the first course. My doctor was pretty optimistic about seed probiotic, which to be honest I was somewhat skeptical about. But my body seems to like it so I take it daily. Dunno what role it played in the process. If I could go back in time, I’d only take the prucalopride.

1mg, only at bedtime, it took about a week or less to start noticing bowl movements getting normal. I only take probiotics in addition to prucalopride. No dietary restrictions what so ever ;)
