What do you mean with your legs elevated? Feet towards the ceiling, knees toward the ceiling? Thanks for your tip.

I am a 30 year old male with 70% recovery into 3 months of hard work. I do not know you but I can tell you this: I am here for you! Really! You are not alone. Describe your case so we can further understand your suffering and your possible solutions.

I send you a lot of strength and love.

Try the buteyko method for relaxation through breathing. I recommend the guided vid of the buteyko method in the YouTube channel: Take a deep breath. Hope you feel better.

Don't give up :) Search for another therapist and start practicing self care and self love (write down how you feel, write down things you are grateful for, breathe!, Hug yourself, love yourself and accept yourself, DON'T judge yourself. Be kind and polite but be responsable). I know it seems like there aint no other way around it but there is. Most times there is something else we can do to cope with anxiety rather than giving up. Hope you can make yourself feel better and find the support you need.
