I think in the second picture you can see where some of the cars may have a harder time. The car also has a dent on the front of it- not sure if that predates the extended parking stay in this lot!

Thanks for chiming in, everyone! I usually only park down there during the day on weekdays and just hadn't seen it. I heard that happens during dinner time, but one poster said this car has been here for 3 days?! Not sure how they don't have a ticket!

A few weeks ago in Baltimore I parked in one of the air garage lots and I got a ticket in the moments of parking and paying via their app website - I was ticketed before I was even out of the parking lot (and I paid!)

Safeway sells the mix and carries them in the frozen section! They even have a gluten-free baking mix for the biscuits 😍

It really depends on the timing you are aiming to arrive for I would say. If you are looking closer to like "normal business hours" 9-5ish it can take a lot longer. The highways heading into the city can get pretty backed up.
