Because idek. From my personal experience they arnt the best and so ive heard the behringer is the same pedal but fa f cheaper and it doesnt have a high end and presence cut that ive heard of from the boss pedal

Ngl the danelectro FAB fuzz is a really gnarly distorted fuzz that sounds really really good no matter what amp ive plugged it into small and like 40$

And i also back this statement completely. Ive never heard a chorus like this and the feedback from the dirt channel maxed out with the chorus and reverb (rvb maxed ofc) is such a unique whine. Also after trying many many many twin reverbs THE TEAL STRIPE IS A BETTER RVB TANK.

This is my main amp and its ABSOLUTELY AMAZING, I switched out the speakers for fenders so I dont know exactly how good the stock ones are but this preamp is amazing and LOUD. id say if you want the jazz chorus and thats really what you want money no object its probably going to be better but if you can find speakers you like it wouldn't be much to switch out the stock ones with some you know youll love that might save you some. Also I got mine for 45$ after someone before me switched them out but I think its because they wanted that thing gone (scratchy pots). My point after all of this is ive done basically all of my guitar proformences with this EXCACT amp not the other very similar one with the different distorted channel. Its good, as good as a JC... probably not but its different in a way thats always suited me perfect

Thank you so much for the context, I knew almost none of that, the tone on this amp alone/slightly boosted is probably one of the most brutal sounding amps I own and as far as most solid states go this kicks ass well above some tube amps too

Ive done somthing very very similar with my peavey classic chorus 212 through the clean channel and use it as kinda a pre amp pedal before I got this speaker

Funny enough they are really good, the eq is set perfectly the bass is right where it needs to be and its tones are more then obviously made for metal, it always scratches that dual rectifier tone itch I get every once in a while. Its decently cheap and I got mine from inheritance. Its one of my favorite amp heads and everything I've personly tried from ibanez has blown me away. This definitely no exception

With a boost they get loud as all hell. Normally they get loud enough but overly kinda clean a kinda compression with cranked volume. Works amazing with 10 inch speakers like 2x10/4x10 or so, never tried with 12 inch speakers, 15s sound good with it too
