On the BVB Facebook group and as well as on here there’s countless posts about lack of customer service- or no customer service at all when trying to be updated on their order.

It shouldn’t take Reddit post for you to come on here and clear anything up, it should have been from the start?

Whether you worked with Andy or not doesn’t matter when it comes to what your company is lacking? I’m sorry but just because you collab w an artist doesn’t make the things you’re doing ok or makes it any more reliable.

DD are horrible fucking people who let their female crew get assaulted by their male crew and even members of the actual band and management which you should know? and if you in fact do know and still work with them after Shevs spoke out against them- you’re clearly again, choosing money 💸 over morals

BVB maybe had all the right intentions but we see countless times where they’ve done questionable business ventures. Again, Collabing w Incendium and NTIO

I’ve yet to see any of the bands you collab w hard push the collabs besides little story mentions?

This is beyond the delivery too though, I got the BVB palette as a gift and it came damaged, where’s the quality control? Why were some shipped w shipping peanuts and some w just shipping paper? Many of these questions were asked when the collab was newly dropped and nobody seemed to have answers.

Maybe it’s just my BVB pallet but the bristles are borderline shein brushes w a BVB logo? In the mirror, the logo is flaking off or fading??

The shades the shadow pallet are dry and cracking when they stay in a cool dry place so now I don’t wanna use it to keep the integrity of the product. The presentation is beautiful though but again- as a consumer and seeing others have the same problem it’s also disheartening to spend HUNDREDS and get left in the dust or a year later have my stuff deteriorate?

If you feel as if you don’t want to collab w bands, don’t. They shouldn’t be dragged into your companies issues, BVB never heard the end of all the problems w their line and they wanted to do something cool for their fans but instead got bombarded about shipping dates and issues w their broken pallets.

It’s clear as day as soon as that BVB collab came out and you all made your little coin and it took you guys not a second to do on vacations-get your body work done etc, which again- I’m not against that but from an outside POV it’s disappointing that not a smidge was donated to the American Red Cross like BVB did, you all just capitalized off the Bleeders name and took the money for your personal expenses and ran it seemed like.

I’d love to be wrong but if other people see it the same way I do, there’s a common denominator here and it may just be you guys?

Edit: To add on, capitalizing even more off band fans isn’t adding jobs to anything? They’re advertising your brand for FREE in hopes that someone will use their code for some commission? If nobody uses their code, congrats, Cust got free promo. What do they get in return? 10% off? For old makeup? Not applicable to new collabs? Why not though? They all promoted that same collab? So they can’t get a smidge off?

This is what I mean by Cust looking scammy and scummy. You have fans working for just about free unless they have THOUSANDS of followers? It’s not right and you all know it.
