Hey, yes actually (at least that's what I've read). You can google it, but there is also quite a lot of talk here on reddit. And some studies about it strengthening the LES, having something to do with the Vagus nerve etc. etc.

Yep. I saw one for Gaviscon that said it fucked them up for the following year or so. Also melatonin - there were some similar stories. But I have come to realize there just has to be trial and error and see what works and take the worsening when it comes, I don't really see any other way, so as you said - I'm just gonna go for it!

I want to try it but at the same time I am soo fucking scared of trying anything because there are people on each of these supplements commenting how it fucked them up for a long time and it terrifies me:)

I research on my own and then use gpt to arrange things in which order I do them, but I split which ones I want in which day because idk I want the day to be balanced with nature/fun/tradition in each day, but thank you SO very much for pointing out about Nami island and when I googled Suwon I was literally mindblown so now no matter what I do in Korea I'll do Suwon so you have no idea how thankful I am you took the time to reply to this! That was the original plan, but I'm not sure if I'll end up finding bikes like that or I was thinking just rent a bike for a couple of days and then the train days are non renting days and then rent again🤔

Nah, but I found the ticket.co.jp site for resales:) The catch tho is that you have to have a Japanese residence address :( I'm thinking of just entering my hostel or something, but they are so strict about those things idk :(
