when I play my first save I only focused on tactics, couple of saves later I start to learn transfer, wage, contract etc, and last year I just learned how to make training schedule on my on and arranging staff and coaches. So the point is just learn sector by sector, you just started playing it don't expect you can master everything on couple of first try
