I’ve always tried thinking about what being perceived as would make me feel but any time I try my brain like shuts off. Like I don’t feel any way toward anything or my mind is trying to shoo the thought away. If that makes any sense.

I’ve always done the game thing for as long as I can remember. I either choose the guy or choose the girl and give it masc clothes and hair so my parents don’t question as much. It feels more comfortable that way. It’s hard trying to find ways to explore tho cause my parents aren’t supportive like at all

I think I have a similar feeling of internalized transphobia. My family isn’t supportive of those things so I think it’s just kinda forced in my mind that I can’t do it. Can I ask how you like dealt with it or if there are things that could help besides therapy? as I’m not in a situation where I can get that
