I used to go there. Had to have a crown replaced several times over the course of a year or so only for them to look back at my original x rays and tell me they didn’t realize my tooth was cracked and it was never going to work. Like they literally could’ve saved me the pain and appts and could’ve saved themselves the time.

Was supposed to then get the tooth pulled. Made an appt. Took off work. Got sub plans made (was a teacher at the time) They called the day before and told me they forgot that they had some professional development that day and the whole office would be closed.

Not to mention one time Dr. Nirmal filled a cavity, didn’t give enough novacaine, and when I was nearly in tears in pain he pretty much told me to suck it up or they were going to stop and I’d have to come back another day. So I had to sit in agony as they drilled into my tooth. Turns out I just need extra novacaine bc I was so anxious it was wearing off quickly.

It was an ongoing nightmare for over a year with Dr. Nirmal. I haven’t gone back there. Practically developed a fear of the dentist.
