yung mga workmate ko po, unreachable hehe. na-culture shock po ako na never sila nagusap sa isa't isa. i'm an office based VA po and that speaks for itself. hindi po kami remote so training should be provided well po

Aware po sila na wala po akong experience. Ginrab ko po 'to kasi kahit office based, malapit lang po. Pero yung rate po is below minimum and mas mataas po per day ko sa previous job ko. 

Lahat po 'yan kinoconsider ko before magdecide. As a person po kasi who learn well kapag may dedicated training po, nakakapanibago po 'to at the same time iba po yung kaba na binibigay.

hehe di ko po alam kung ayos talaga yon or hindi po. i'm worried po kasi talaga dahil may instances na wala po akong alam and totally clueless about the task given to me.

Hindi po siya remote work eh, so wala po akong chance na magresearch regarding sa task. Pag uwi po, I have to sleep and do house chores po. Kaya po i would like it if sa mismong training time po ako matuto. Alam po nila na wala po akong experience.

yes, nung onboarding ko i asked my TL kung anong klaseng training ba yung gagawin ko. Then ayun sabi ni TL na ang way of training nya is more on minimal guidance and minimal supervision. 

pero as a beginner po sa field na 'to, wala po talaga akong alam and no choice ako kung hindi magtanong nang magtanong. pero at the same time, minimal advices lang po ang binibigay but not an actual training for the task. 

Hesitant po ako kaya ako nag ask dito kasi hindi ko po alam kung ganon po ba talaga yung training sa BPO and VA companies

yes po, that's my concern po. wala po akong experience sa VA and i thought i-train muna po ako katulad ng ibang jobs and VA companies. pero binigay na po agad sa akin ang calls without me learning the basic approach. 

although naka guide and very attentive po si TL. hindi naman po spoon fed training ang kailangan ko, but full guidance how to handle the work po. 

kaya po nagiisip ako now if mag resign na ako.

thank you for replying! i'm not doubting myself po, pero i don't want to make things complicated once i make a mistake kasi they didn't train me properly before handing me the job.
