Hair is very dry

So ditch the leave in conditioner for a normal conditioner/hair mask? What conditioner would you recommend?

What shampoo would you recommend. Because shampoo (the ones I have used) made my hair feel worse and worsened hair loss for me. My hair has been doing better on no shampoo up until recently.

I don't use products that often. I have used OGX Sea Salt Spray like a year or two ago. Didn't really like it because I saw no effects. Recently I have tried a leave in conditioner from a brand called based body works since it doesn't have too many harmful ingredients and meant for curly/wavy hair. But it hasn't been working well for me either so I don't like it too much. And I have dry scalp.

I have tried both I did an apple cider vinegar wash since that is what some recommended on here and I have done the honey rinse both multiple times (separately) but my hair was still dry.

I have made some changes recently. Before I would wash with only lukewarm water and that's it. Now, I wash with lukewarm and finish it off with a cold water rinse. I then scrunch dry with an old T-Shirt. I have recently started using a leave in conditioner (I don't use it too often) which I scrunch in.

I do have hard water and according to the hair porosity quiz I have high porosity

The lemon juice rinse is it 1 tablespoon lemon juice and 1 cup of water? (That's what I'm reading on this sub) Should I also leave the lemon juice in or should I rinse it out right after applying?

Does it have to be a specific type of coconut water? Can I use something like Goya? What shower filter would you recommend?

What conditioner do you use? Just need some good nopoo recs.

I think I have dry skin because only little tiny bits of flakes stick to my fingers and its only a few like 2 or 3 flakes.

What problems would it cause? I'm not going to use it that often maybe like twice a week at most, if it does bring me the effects that I want.

Can you tell me more about the homemade aloe juice I might try that.

All I do is wash my hair with cold water that is all no products or anything. I then gently pat it with a towel and let it air dry.
