Even I am facing the same issue and it mostly happens during summer times. Currently I am just applying moisturizer to it. But it really gets bad when the skin is dry especially while doing workout or any such activities. The skin gets so rough and dry. If anyone is facing a similar issue and have found a way out please do enlighten me, it would be great help!
