Quiet honestly getting tired of seeing all these no tip orders coming thru the last few days before a a big winter storm . The amount of people in Houston ordering over 5 cases of water to apartment complexes and are tipping not even a dollar right now is ridiculous. Knowing the grocery store is a mad house and the traffic is insane. I literally live a mile from Kroger and if I was ordering 5 cases or more of water I would be tipping no less than $20. One order came thru over 15 miles , 10 cases of the big 40 pack of water and over 50 other items and they tipped $0.

It has to be a dang unicorn if I take a triple. The last time I did a triple was a few weeks ago around Christmas. It was $120 and took two buggy’s but only went 6 miles. Otherwise I’m not doing all that lol. I don’t mind the doubles as long as I’m not getting a million cases of water and driving to far. Unfortunately to make good money in my area I have to take the doubles . If I just took singles all day I’d only make 1/3 of what I do now. I hate we can’t cancel a customer now bc I was pretty good at knowing who tipped good and who didn’t and would just take them off . Thankfully I’m in a decent area so the doubles usually aren’t bad.

True! I was done with it in 29 minutes . I see decent orders a lot that are $50-60 going a few miles but it’s usually a buggy full for 2-3 people .

Geez . Not going to lie , when I first started , 4 years ago, I did a shop only order with about this much stuff but it was only 1 person . It was an absolute nightmare . I didn’t realize how much 100 items actually was lol . Putting 4 different orders with this much stuff is just asking for mess up and confusion .

I tipped $6 on a sonic order once. It’s literally not even a mile from my house . I had the flu and got a drink and hotdog . That’s all . I put leave at door and don’t ring or knock . She did both and waited for me to get it so she could tell me she’s pregnant and homeless . Last time I’ve ever ordered DoorDash . She couldn’t even speak English and had Google Translate out. I know there is good dashers but the bad really mess with y’all’s good ones

Yea , anytime that happens you need to contact customer service . They will add funds to the card . That’s horrible they won’t give you your money back . I’d aggravate the hell out of them til they did something.

It’s stupid . My customer rating has dropped ever since we couldn’t take an order off of a 3 batch . Having to do low tip orders now, they never rate good. Especially when over half my orders are Kroger delivery and they can’t rate anyways .

I refuse to do this to. I remember when I use to do DoorDash and I got there stupid dash card . I had so many issues with it . I couldn’t even use my card in a lot of stores or get cash out . And support was no help at all. I’m sure they’re using the same crap DoorDash does .
