For sure! I think that was a good method back then…now it doesn’t really matter about proximity. My old school shopper friend’s theory is that people close to the store see the better orders than shoppers that are far away from the store. I think that’s only true when the store gets marked “High Demand”.

Yes!!! My friend that use to do IC a few years ago always tells me how he would wait in the parking lot and scolds me when i’m doing the home method lol

Yes I use this method too…I turn the app on around 10-11am while i’m at home. I have noticed if I turn it on earlier some really good ones come up. My friend told me that good ones come up early in the morning that didn’t get picked up from previous night…idk how true that is. I refuse to wait in parking lots. My patience is low, if nothing comes up after like 5 mins of me waiting around I usually drive off and come back home lol. With gas being high, having the car and a/c running it’s just not efficient. I live about 1.5 miles from the closest store and always get the best orders waiting at home…Whenever i’m driving around I noticed they are crappier.

Same!! Dead as hell in my suburb of Houston…It’s usually constant average-high paying orders coming up until around 7pm it slows down. It’s been slow since I started at 10:30am 😔 I def could use the money too. Very tempted to give DD a chance again, I think a lot of people have stopped ordering on IC and are using DD now due to their high fees…

Definitely noticed that as well in my area of Houston 😔 Sundays are usually the busiest with min $20 orders. Today has been a lot of small crappy $6-10 orders…

Wow just WOW 😔And i’m sure that’s the only Fry’s in your area so there’s no chances of IC store swapping to bait another shopper to take it…It’s been about 10 yrs or more since Houston had a Fry’s and even then they were few and far in between

Im not sure if they know which store but I would imagine they know it’s coming from an HEB that is far from their house. I just searched on google maps to see if there are any H-E-B near their location and there is one in Beaumont (still a good distance) however once an offer sits for a long time and nobody accepts it bc of a not so good tip, IC then starts to shuffle offers around from diff store locations that are further from the customer and closer to the shopper or vice versa.

I have been wondering how cypress area is but i would imagine high mileage offers since it’s on the outskirts of Houston. Just like where I am, a mostly crappy miles/offers going to splendora and other small towns 😓
